Buna-Nitrile Rubber Rollers

Buna-Nitrile

Buna-Nitrile compounds are among the workhorses of the rubber roller industry due their versatility and good all-around physical properties. Nitrile is a synthetic rubber compound that can be blended to enhance toughness, resilience, oil resistance, and other desirable characteristics. It is a very common elastomer and effective in many applications including printing, steel, paper, and other manufacturing industries.

Nitrile compounds can be formulated with variations of several materials including Acrylonitrile (ACN), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Carboxylic Acid (XN or CN), or Hydrogenated (HNBR) to greatly enhance certain desired characteristics.
