Tapered Base Sleeves
Rol-Tec’s tapered roller sleeves are manufactured from reinforced fiberglass and specially designed resins. With the original proprietary design and the highest quality materials, the sleeve form is maintained while the construction allows for necessary flexibility to expand for installation. Wall thicknesses range from .060” to .080” and are determined by the diameter and the air pressure available.
Tapered urethane sleeves are recommended where superior gripping pressure is needed and any sleeve slippage is unacceptable. The primary use of tapered sleeves is coating, laminating, and printing applications. We rubber cover the tapered sleeves in house with a rubber compound selected specifically for your process.
